Thank you for indulging my baby bunny moment last week… but it’s time to pivot.

The Garden Mafia has officially taken over.

We are one lesson in, and let me tell you — this canvas is shaping up to be ridiculously fun.

Our focus for the first class?
Those fabulous, color-packed watercolor borders.

And I did what any reasonable person would do…  I went full-on disco ball with beads.

Trust me on this one. The photo doesn’t even come close. In person, it shimmers. It catches the light. It has that little “wait… what just happened there?” sparkle that makes you tilt your head and look again.

Yes, there are beads.  Yes, there are a lot of beads.

But here’s the magic part — it moves right along. This isn’t a slog. It’s the kind of stitching where you look up and think, “Wait… I’m already this far?!”

Because that’s not enough sparkle, the background is a fun metallic pattern.

What’s Next

And now…  it’s time for the birds to rule the roost.
