Sunday was the first lesson of Robotic Uprising. It was an easy peasy lesson. Not a lot of drama. We stitched a little here and a little there. Just enough to start laying a foundation. There’s so much more to come.

You know I always start with the background, it needs to be light so everything else can sit on top of it. What’s interesting about this background is the movement. The blue rays are exploding with energy and we want that same energy in the background.
The planet is covered in craters. This is just the start of them!

We also started the borders and the little planet above the big red robot’s head.

It truly is a bunch of bits and pieces all over the canvas. More will come to life in the next lesson. We have canvases and kits in stock if you would like to join the fun. Here’s the link.
Mystery Class News
I have a lot of Mystery Class News these days. That’s a good thing no?
Santa Fe Felines final kit has flown the coop. If you haven’t received notification that yours has shipped, give us a call and we’ll double check. Maybe we need a new credit card. It has been more than a minute.
Our current mystery class is Robotic Uprising by David Galchutt. We have four more lessons planned for this class, April 6, May 18, June 8 and 29. All classes are on zoom! We have canvases available. I promise this will be a fun stitch. Here’s the link to join the Uprising.
Not to be left out, we have a fabulous Zecca canvas, Window of Opportunity starting as a mystery in April. This won’t be a class on zoom, it will simply be a series of kits sent to your home. I promise it’s going to be grand! Each panel of this triptych fits nicely on 12 x 15 bars. Nothing to big to hold, but once framed it will be a show stopper. Here’s the link for this one.
We also start Halloween Cruise Mayhem by Rebecca Wood next Saturday. This is a monster of a canvas soon to be broken down into 4 achievable sections. Class dates for this project are Saturday March 22, May 31, Sunday August 3rd and November 9th on Zoom. More canvases will be available hopefully in time for lesson two. Here’s the link to order.

If you are reading this post on the blog great! Make sure you are signed up for the mailing list so that you don’t miss anything Bedecked and Beadazzled. Did you know we are also on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube? Even more places to follow the fun. xo again.
