I love it when I find a new artist who’s work will translate to fun needlepoint.  Hue & Mi & Sangita is just that artist.  Sangita Bachelet is a contemporary artist, who lives in the United Kingdom. Indian by origin, born in Kenya and raised in London from the age of 5.  She has had a varied career designing textiles for fashion, working with artisans in deprived places helping them make products that could be sold for a fair price, raising three children and now creating art for children and adults that makes her heart sing.

The colors are happy and that’s really my go to for needlepoint.  All are in-stock and ready to ship.

Zoom-bellishment is next weekend!  I will be sharing all the fun projects from class.  There are so many good canvases;  it’s hard to pick a favorite.  There’s even another Hue & Mi & Sangita so, stay tuned for a flurry of emails.

Mystery Class News

My Neighbor’s Garden by Brooke Connor is our current mystery class, and it is jam packed with color!  The first lesson was Sunday!  I’ll get those photos on-line soon.

Let’s Fall in Love is on track.  Threads are arriving.  It will still be awhile but we’re getting there.  There’s lots of threads and ribbons being dyed.  We will ship as soon as possible in the order you signed up.  It may be time to update your charge card.  If you have moved on from this project because it got old and dusty, I understand.  Please feel free to drop us an email and let us know so that we can release your kit to someone else.
