It’s time to think Spring and chase away the gray.  What better way to do that than to start putting out happy Spring-like needlepoint?

Here’s ellen giggenbach’s Blue Bird back from the framer.  I framed it simply without a mat but with a super fun clear lucite frame.  The color of the wall shows through!  I have it hanging on a lavender wall so it’s the first thing you see when you come in the door.  I am banishing Winter!

Here’s Sue’s finished as a pull toy.  You dream it up an we can have it finished.

This was a mystery class last year so can be purchased as a complete kit if you would like to stitch your own blue bird.  Here’s the link. I chose to leave the background un-stitched so it’s really a quick finish.
