That was the theme of our two day Embellishment Class with Mary Legallet of Whimsical Stitch. We all had a great day.  Fabulous canvases combined with fabulous threads, beads and good friends certainly make for a great day in my book.

The details on these trees are fun and sparkly.

Check out the Zecca Koi.  Great stitches for spaces and wow.  Look at the lilypads.  Love them!

Penny Macleod canvases are always a delight.  This is Daisy Lady. Love her jumper.

Charley Harper canvases are classic and perfect for stitches.  This is Racc N’Ruin by Charley Harper.

Limited colors but lots of texture in this canvas.

Ophelia is new from Tapestry Fair and it going to be amazing!  Look at all those flowers!

If anything catches your eye we are happy to kit it up and send it your way.  If you would like to join us for an embellishment class, they are always a blast.  Mary will be back next summer for another embellishment class.  She’ll be here in April for a project class but that’s a story for another day. 🙂  I’ll be offering one of my embellishment classes the first weekend in January (4-6).  It will be cold outside but fun in here.  See you soon.
