Well, the website seems to be behaving again. There were no issues from your side. Only mine. I couldn’t add products or blog or really do anything useful. After much testing we are forging ahead and hoping it continues to behave itself.
Penelope by Sandra Vargas, our current Mystery Class is now complete. She was painted with big beautiful curls and I promised you big curls. In the final lesson Mystery Class we created her curls. I give you options in the stitchguide in case you don’t want all this dimensionality or in case you have issues with glue. But if you follow me on my adventure your girl too can have big beautiful curls. I promise it is easy peasy.
I made a video for how to do this. It’s over on my YouTube channel with a bunch of other fun videos. Here’s the link to curls. You can use any thread you like and control the size of the curls by the size of your wooden dowel. I’m seeing tiny curls on a little girl’s Christmas stocking….
While this canvas is all about the drama of Penelope the little baby elephant in the lower left corner is pretty darn cute. Look at that big fancy headdress! Sew a few specifically shaped beads together with some regular seed beads and magic happens.
Finally there’s the two headed giraffe on her right. I really think he is sweet.
There you have it, Penelope is complete. Here’s the link, Penelope and Her Imaginarium in case you would like to stitch this darling girl.
I’ve got lot’s cooking to share, so stay tuned. More coming soon!
