I had an idea and I think it could actually work. Some of my ideas are better than others. This is a beta test!
Shipping is a challenge. It’s expensive. Mystery Classes were built on a very fast pace that keeps me excited. Sorry, it is all about me. I’m not the kind of teacher who can prep for a class and teach it a month or two later. God forbid I teach it a second time. LOL. I’m not as good when I do that. I’m an in the moment kinda gal. That’s great unless you live on the West Coast. If you live on the West Coast you have patiently been paying 2 day air shipping for your class kits. It sucks. I know that. As I was packing and shipping Sunday’s class yesterday I noticed that UPS has changed their boundaries again so some people who were 2 day delivery are now 3 day and the prices seem higher. I’m sorry. It’s out of my control.
I think I have a plan that you may like and may not cause me to spiral into more craziness.
I have reopened Vibrant Beauty, our current mystery class, with the option that I will ship your kit complete at the end of class but with the add on that you can still join us for zoom. When I send the zoom links, I will also send a link for you to download that lesson’s stitchguide. You will save multiple shipping fees. YAY! Of course you don’t have the actual canvas and threads in front of you. This is the perfect solution for those of you who are note takers and not stitchers in class.
We will charge your card as we go for each lesson: canvas, threads, guide and $40 class fee. The final lesson will include shipping.
This is our maiden voyage with this idea so let’s see how it goes. Here’s the link to signup.
