Julie Haymaker was here last year and we had sooooo much fun. Seriously, tons of fun! Julie is the brains behind the Shrinket molds. We get to draw and color on plastic sheets, heat them with a heat gun and voilá they shrink into the prettiest little forms thanks to the magic of the molds! The best part of all is we finish or almost finish our projects in class! Yay us!

Create unique handmade beads using shrink plastic and Shrinkets bead-making molds. The beads will be colored using colored pencils. Several of the shrink plastic beads will be hand drilled to create interesting forms for multi-bead strands and hand-formed shrink plastic will create bead cages. All components will be strung together using colorful glass beads to create even more patterns. A unique double-sided shrink plastic pendant will be the main focal point.
