A Scary tree beckons those who dare to walk through the gate and follow the path.

The second lesson of the Haunted House Mystery class focused on just those two details, the tree and the path.

I did add a little counted stitch to the dark part of the tree trunk near the hole.  Gotta do a little counting somewhere.

I am loving the way this piece is evolving.  It’s very dark and gloomy so a little hard for me to embrace;  you know I need bright happy colors.  I may over compensate for this next year in the mystery classes, so prepare yourself.
