Today’s framed gorgeousness is The Ride by David Galchutt. I wrote the stitch guide for this canvas a few years ago, and ever since, I’ve loved her. But then Christine stitched her… and I was smitten. Smitten, I say!

The attitude in her face! The curls in her hair! Every stitch brought her to life with style and flair.

Check out her horse. It’s almost as amazing as she is!

Now, Christine also happens to be one of my bestest friends — and lucky me, she volunteered to stitch one just for me. This is my version of The Ride, stitched by Christine, and framed to perfection. It’s exquisite. Absolutely amazing. I’m still a little blown away that she’s mine. And even more honored to call Christine my friend.

If The Ride is calling your name too, she’s available now with full stitch guide. You can stitch her on your own, or you can join me for January Zoom-bellishment where she’ll be one of the featured canvases!
🗓️ January 17–18, 2026

This is truly beautifully stitched, but I’m concerned that it doesn’t have enough beads.
Joanne, who loves beads almost as much as Ruth does!
Does anything really have enough beads?
Never!
